Medicine for your body and soul

Food is medicine. You may believe that Tylenol will cure your headache. But it is also possible that your headache was caused by what and how you ate that particular day and your overall stress level. Your daily interaction with your food is essential to feeling happy and healthy. 

Food is social. While there is always room to make improvements and practice better habits, there should be plenty of room to enjoy and indulge with people you love. Finding balance between your lifestyle and healthy living is the ultimate goal. How you eat is as important as what you eat. Chicken Soup for the Soul is a real thing! 

Chocolate is great. 'Chocolate' was one of my first words. It's main ingredient, Cacao, is a superfood. I must have been on to something...

At the suggestion of my esthetician, I sought to find a health coach who could help me explore the cause of my cystic/hormonal acne. Sam is the perfect fit!
